How do I send a referral?

Log into your Spot Club account to find your unique referral link. Copy and paste the invite to share however you like, by text, email or social media. 

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No! Refer as many friends as you like. 

What do I get for referring a friend?

Your friend will receive one free day of parking (in Spot Club points) as soon as they join the Spot Club. You’ll receive your free day after your friend completes their first parking stay. Once their stay is finished, your free day will automatically be added to your account.

When will I receive my free day?

Your free day will show up in your Spot Club account as points. Points will be added to your account within 3 days after your referral completes their first parking stay at The Parking Spot. 

How do I redeem my free days?

You can apply points towards a reservation by logging into your account and selecting the option to Redeem Points on your membership dashboard. 

The Parking Spot Referral Program Terms and Conditions


Referral Process:

Existing, theSpotClub® Program Members can refer eligible friends and contacts (each, a “Friend”) to join theSpotClub® Program and to park at The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot locations by logging into their theSpotClub® account on www.theparkingspot.com or in-app and undertaking the following steps: Referrer copies and shares Referrer’s unique referral link and code (a “Referral Link”) and generates a message containing their Referral Link, and sends it to their Friend(s) by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media or any other method. “Referrer” means an existing theSpotClub® Program Member who refers a Friend to The Parking Spot via the process above.


For each Friend who signs up for theSpotClub® Program through a Referrer’s valid Referral Link and subsequently becomes theSpotClub® Program Member, the Friend must: (1) Use the Referral Link and join theSpotClub® Program; (2) Be a new The Parking Spot customer; and (3) Complete their first parking stay at one of The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot locations.


For each Friend who signs up for theSpotClub® Program and subsequently parks and completes a stay at one of The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot locations, the Referrer and Friend will each receive a Reward of one (1) free day of points added to your theSpotClub® account at the highest value product offering worth of points at your preferred The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot location. “Reward” means non-monetary theSpotClub® points. Your total Reward will be applied to your account under your theSpotClub® Points Activity.


Referrers:

To qualify, Referrers must be current theSpotClub® Program Members. Referrals may only be made through the Referrers unique Referral Link.


Friends:

Rewards will only be awarded for referrals of Friends that are new to The Parking Spot (in other words, Friends cannot already have an active or inactive theSpotClub® account), are at least 18 years old, sign up and become theSpotClub® Members directly through the Referral Link by any applicable offer end date, complete a parking stay at a The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot location, and have provided you with clear and affirmative consent to receive marketing materials and other messages containing the Referral Link from you by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media, and all other methods. Friends who meet the above conditions and sign up using the Referrer’s Referral Link or via Referrer’s Invitation will be eligible to enroll and become a theSpotClub® Member, which may include a Reward at The Parking Spot’s discretion, subject to any applicable terms.


Conditions:

In addition to the other terms and conditions provided herein, The Parking Spot will only honor the first Referral Link through which a Friend becomes a theSpotClub® Member and completes a parking stay and which is accepted and processed by The Parking Spot. In other words, if multiple Referrers have referred the same Friend and the Friend has activated multiple referral links or invitations, only one Referrer will be entitled to receive a Reward, and the Friend will only receive one Reward. All other referrals will automatically be invalidated. Referrers may not offer gifts, coupons, refunds, credits or discounts to Friends as an incentive to make a referral, other than pursuant to this Agreement. Referrers may not commercialize the referral process or the Referral Link, or use any The Parking Spot logos, trademarks, or other The Parking Spot intellectual property to commercialize or market referrals or the Referral Link, including for SEO or public advertising purposes.


It is a condition of this promotion that you have obtained the clear and affirmative consent of your Friend(s) to receive marketing materials and other messages containing the Referral Link from you by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media, and all other methods.


Referrer will only be eligible to receive a Reward if a Friend signs up for theSpotClub® Program and completes their first parking stay at The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot locations. Points will not be awarded until up to three (3) days after the Friend has exited The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot location and has completed their parking stay.


Rewards may not be (i) combined with other offers, discounts, referrals, or gift cards; (ii) sold or transferred; or (iii) redeemed for cash. 


Referral Program Promotions:

From time to time, The Parking Spot may offer special promotions within its Referral Program (“Promotions”) through which Referrers or Friends may receive a more generous Reward by complying with the terms and conditions of such Promotions. Each Promotion will last for a limited time, and each Referrer/Friend may only receive the more generous point amount or reward once during any such promotional period. All restrictions stated herein would apply in such cases. The Parking Spot reserves the right to modify, change, add or remove portions of the terms and conditions of any Promotion at any time without prior notice by posting such amended terms and conditions.


For specific Promotions, Friends must sign up during the offer period and become a theSpotClub® Program Member. Your total Reward will be applied to your account under your theSpotClub® Points Activity by the end of the Promotion end date provided that, by such end date, the Friend has become a theSpotClub® Program Member and has completed their first stay at a The Parking Spot or Park ‘N Fly by The Parking Spot location.


General:

The Parking Spot Terms and Conditions for Website Use and Privacy Policy for The Parking Spot apply to the Referral Program, referrals and Rewards and any disputes arising therefrom will be resolved in accordance with The Parking Spot Terms and Conditions for Website Use. Referrers and Friends must comply with The Parking Spot Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of any social media site where a Referral Link or Invitation is posted/used, and all applicable laws and regulations. Referral Links and Invitations are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, which for the avoidance of doubt includes but is not limited to affiliate lead generation and bidding on The Parking Spot search terms in connection with the Referral Link or Invitation. The Parking Spot reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unused Referral Links or Invitations will be forfeited at that time. By participating in the Referral Program you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, The Parking Spot Terms and Conditions for Website Use and Privacy Policy for The Parking Spot. The Parking Spot reserves the right to revoke any Reward and otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Friend in the event of any suspected fraud or violation of the terms and conditions. By taking any of the steps set out at “Referral Process” above, or otherwise participating in the Referral Program, you confirm that you have obtained the clear and affirmative consent of your Friend(s) to receive marketing materials and other messages containing The Parking Spot Referral Link from you by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media, and all other methods.
