At The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept diversity, we celebrate and seek it. As a company in the travel industry, we witness the power in bringing individuals from different backgrounds and communities together. We intentionally develop diverse teams and relationships to ensure all voices are heard and to foster equal opportunity for all. 

Taking Care of Each Other and Our Communities

The heart of our company is our people. While we support a number of charities annually, our favorite work we do is on our own turf through our TPS Gives Back to Its Own charity. 

We leverage UKG Giving to help employees support one another during times of hardship by utilizing simple paycheck deductions. We love giving back to the employees who give us so much.
