We offer three facilities servicing Sky Harbor International Airport, all within a mile or so of the airport.

The Parking Spot 1 on Washington Street (just west of S. 40th St) is the closest off-airport facility to Sky Harbor, less than 5 minutes north of the airport. This location offers over 800 fully covered spaces, so you’ll have no problem finding a spot in the shade (super important when it comes to the Arizona sun). We know you’ll love our Premium covered option, where you’re the first to get dropped off on your return trip.

The Parking Spot 2 is located at E. Van Buren Street and N. 40th Street. Situated just minutes from both SR-143 and SR-202, this location is extra convenient for travelers coming from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the northeast valley. The Parking Spot 2 offers our standard Covered option, as well as Premium if you want to travel like a VIP (Very Important Parker).

The Parking Spot South (on S. 48th St, easily accessible from E. University Drive or SR-143) is conveniently located for travelers coming from the south including Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, and Ahwatukee. This location offers the shortest shuttle ride of any off-airport lot at 3 minutes, so you can take your time and skip the rush. We have plenty of our standard Covered spaces here; for those who love the heat (or low prices), we also offer an Uncovered economy option!

A: The Parking Spot allows you to modify your reservation (including dates, times, parking type, and location) at any time up to one hour before your scheduled check-in. You can also extend your checkout date up to midnight on the last day of your reservation if your trip runs longer than planned.

Q: What is your cancellation policy if my travel plans change?

A: At The Parking Spot, we want to give our customers flexibility. You can cancel Pay Later reservations with no penalty. Pay Now reservations are currently non-refundable, we are developing a new flex payment option in 2026.

A: Yes. The Parking Spot offers a free loyalty rewards program called the Spot Club, which is available through The Parking Spot App. Members earn points with every reservation or stay, which can be redeemed for free parking and member discounts. A: Yes. Our stalls are spacious and provide plenty of room for oversized vehicles. The Parking Spot 1 has 16’ clearance, The Parking Spot South has 8’ clearance, and The Parking Spot 2 has 7’6” clearance.

Q: Do you accept cash?

A: For safety reasons, The Parking Spot does not accept cash payments. You must have a credit or debit card to pay.
