Senior Leadership

The Company has the premier management team in the near-airport parking industry, with an established and successful track record of managing growth and profitability through economic cycles, as well as the clear vision and drive to grow the Company both organically and through development and acquisitions.

The core senior leadership team, led by Tim O'Malley, has an average of 20 years of experience in parking, real estate and ground-up development, with an average tenure of more than 10 years at the Company, and has built the Company into the pre-eminent near-airport parking owner-operator.

    • Resides in the Chicago area with his wife and three kids

    • Formerly General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with ACTS Aviation Security. Previously held senior legal positions with United Airlines and was a partner at the law firm of Freeborn & Peters, LLP

    • Founded ParkingBrain, an urban/event parking technology startup for payment and reservation systems
    • Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from Columbus State University and a Master of Business of Administration from Columbus State University

    • Is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Accountancy from the University of Illinois
