A: The Parking Spot allows you to modify your reservation (including dates, times, parking type, and location) at any time up to one hour before your scheduled check-in. You can also extend your checkout date up to midnight on the last day of your reservation if your trip runs longer than planned.

Q: What is your cancellation policy if my travel plans change?

A: At The Parking Spot, you can cancel Pay Later reservations with no penalty. Pay Now reservations are currently non-refundable, but we are developing a new flex payment option in 2026.

The Parking Spot offers a free loyalty rewards program called the Spot Club, which is available through The Parking Spot App. Members earn points with every reservation or stay, which can be redeemed for free parking and member discounts. A: Absolutely – we accommodate travelers with disabilities. You can request any accommodations needed when making a reservation and also ask for assistance when you arrive at the parking lot.

A: Yes, we welcome those traveling with pets. The only requirement is that your furry friend must stay in a carrier during the shuttle ride, for safety.

Q: I have a large truck, can I still park at The Parking Spot?

A: Yes. Our stalls are spacious and provide plenty of room for oversized vehicles. There are no clearance limits at The Parking Spot South; at The Parking Spot West, clearance is 7’6” for covered parking and 8’2” for uncovered parking.

Q: Do you accept cash?

A: For safety reasons, The Parking Spot does not accept cash payments. You must have a credit or debit card to pay.

Q: Does The Parking Spot offer valet parking at DEN?

A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer valet parking at our Denver locations. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our parking options in 2026 and 2027.
