Kevin J. Shrier
President and Chief Executive Officer
Kevin J. Shrier serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Parking Spot.
Mr. Shrier has been with The Parking Spot since its conception in 1998 and is responsible for running all strategic and operating aspects of the company.
Mark P. Wildman
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Mark P. Wildman led the creation of the Parking Spot brand, including its trademarked spotted shuttles. He launched the company’s website and Spot Club frequent parker program. In 2009, he created the team shuttle program, partnering with 18 of the top U.S. collegiate and professional teams. He leads the Parking Spot’s advertising, sponsorship, public relations, product placement, interactive, loyalty and new business development efforts.
Tim Holic
Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Tim Holic is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization’s financial reporting, risk management, treasury and budgeting systems. His responsibilities include company financing, coordinating the tax and financial reporting for all entities within the Parking Spot as well as the design and implementation of the company’s internal controls.
Todd Johnson
Senior Vice President - Operations
Todd Johnson is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of The Parking Spot. His responsibilities include staffing efficiency, fleet management, revenue control, property management, and operational adherence to The Parking Spot model.
Mary Ruberry
Senior Vice President – Human Resources
Mary Ruberry is responsible for human resources and administration of the corporate headquarters at The Parking Spot in Chicago. Her responsibilities include providing overall strategic HR leadership to the company and she is responsible for the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services.
Thom Zak
Senior Vice President and Chief Client Officer
As The Parking Spot’s Vice President of Sales, Thom is responsible for building the company’s revenues through the development of national and local sales strategies and execution at the regional and market level.
John Lyons
Senior Vice President - Development
John has pursued an active career for over 25 years in real estate by creating value across a spectrum of properties. He has formulated strategic positioning for specific properties as well as acquisitions, developments, financing and dispositions.
