Facility Questions

Q Are you always open? A Yes, all of our facilities are open 24/7, every day of the year. Q How often do your shuttles run? Where will they drop me off and pick me up? A At most of our locations under The Parking Spot brand, shuttles run every 5 to 7 minutes and will pick you right up at your vehicle. At our parking garages in Los Angeles and St. Louis, our shuttles will pick you up near the elevators. At all facilities, the shuttles will take you right to your terminal at the airport. Q What are your Spot locations, and how do they differ from The Parking Spot locations? A Spot is our new parking service at EWR, HOU, and IAH. Spot is for the value conscious traveler who has a budget to stick to, but still appreciates great service. Shuttles run every 10-15 minutes at Spot. Q When should I arrive at The Parking Spot? A You should arrive at our lot about 15-20 minutes before you want to be at the airport. Q Do you provide assistance for guests requiring accommodations due to a disability? A Yes, we have options available in order to provide equivalent services in the most integrated setting for guests requiring accommodations. Please contact the lot you are interested in directly to discuss which service will be the best fit for you. Contact information can be found through this link. Q How does valet work? A Valet parking is our premium service where we park your car for you so you can hop on a shuttle and get to the airport quicker. We will then prepare your car for you upon your return home to expedite the checkout process. Q Do both of your locations in Atlanta go to the International Terminal? A If you are flying internationally, please go to The Parking Spot on Camp Creek Parkway, our Atlanta 1 location, and enter the covered parking area upon arrival and follow the signs to the designated International Terminal parking spaces.
Due to the distance to the International Terminal, The Parking Spot shuttles will depart on the hour and half hour continuously. Similar to domestic terminal service, a shuttle will drop you off at the departure area of the International Terminal so you can quickly catch your flight.
When you return, please call The Parking Spot at (404) 761-3300 for pick-up at the International Terminal. The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up on the lower level under the "Park/Ride Shuttles – Orange 2” sign, which is right outside the A-1 doors. Shuttles will pick-up at the International Terminal approximately every 30 minutes.
Q What is the difference between your Dallas Love Field locations? A The Parking Spot is all covered parking, while The Parking Spot 2 is all open-air parking. Q What is the difference between your DFW locations? A DFW North and The Parking Spot 2 are both north of the airport, while DFW South is south of it. All three locations will take you to all the terminals at DFW, so please park at the location that is most convenient for you. Q What is the difference between your Houston Hobby locations? A The Parking Spot offers covered parking and open-air parking, while The Parking Spot 2 only offers open-air parking. Both locations offer 5-7 minute shuttle times. Spot at Houston Hobby offers covered and open-air parking, but 10-12 minute shuttle times. Spot is our most cost-effective parking option at HOU. Q What is the difference between your Houston IAH locations? A The Parking Spot JFK location offers valet parking and self-parking, along with extra-wide parking spaces. Shuttles run every 5-7 minutes at IAH JFK. The Parking Spot Will Clayton offers covered parking only, with 5-7 minute shuttle times. Spot at IAH offers covered and open-air, with 10-12 minute shuttle times. Spot is our most cost-effective option at IAH. Q What is the difference between your Newark locations? A The Parking Spot Haynes location offers open-air valet parking and open-air self-parking. It is our closest location to the airport and offers 5-7 minute shuttle times. The Parking Spot McClellan location offers only open-air valet parking, with 5-7 minute shuttle times. Our Spot location in Newark offers open-air self-parking, along with 15 minute shuttle times. Spot is our most cost-effective option at EWR. Q What is the difference between your Los Angeles locations? A Both lots are fairly similar, except for where they are located. Our garage on Sepulveda is north of the airport, while our garage on Century is east of the airport. Q What is the difference between your Philadelphia locations? A The Parking Spot offers valet and self-parking, while The Parking Spot 2 just offers self-parking. The Parking Spot 2 is a recent acquisition of The Parking Spot. It now offers 5-7 minute shuttle times, just like The Parking Spot location across the road from it. Both locations are north of the airport. Q What is the difference between your St. Louis locations? A The Parking Spot 1 and The Parking Spot East are both parking garages. The Parking Spot East is our only location in St. Louis to service the East Terminal at STL first. The Parking Spot 2 and The Parking Spot 3 are both parking lots. Valet options are available at both The Parking Spot and The Parking Spot 3 to expedite the check-in and checkout processes, while The Parking Spot 2 and The Parking Spot East only offer self-parking options. Q What is the difference between your Phoenix locations? A The Parking Spot is completely covered to protect from the Phoenix sun, while The Parking Spot 2 offers both covered and open-air parking.

Reservations

Q Do I need a reservation? A Reservations are recommended, but they are not required if space is still available. Since some parking types have more limited availability than others, a reservation will guarantee the parking type of your choice (open-air, covered, valet, etc.). Reservations are particularly encouraged around major travel holidays. Q How do I make a reservation? A Reservations may be made up until midnight of the evening prior to your stay, provided space is still available. They can be made by clicking here. You will be asked to provide a credit card number for the $4.95 reservation fee, which covers the cost of holding your space open. However, Spot Club members receive free reservations. To join the Spot Club, please click here Q How do I change or cancel a reservation? A First, click here. You will then be able to search for your reservation using your confirmation number or by signing in to your Spot account. Your reservation will be changed or canceled immediately. There is no fee to change a reservation. If you cancel before midnight on the evening prior to your stay, your $4.95 reservation fee will be credited to the credit card you used to book the reservation. Q What are your rates? A Please click on Locations at the top of this page and select your location. Rates and parking types for the location of your choice will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

Q What is the Spot Club program? A The Spot Club program is the loyalty program at The Parking Spot. Click here to learn more information about the Spot Club program! Q Is there a fee to join the Spot Club? A No, the Spot Club program is free! Q How can I get a Spot Club card? A You can join the Spot Club by clicking here. A new card will be mailed to you immediately! It should arrive within 10 business days. Q I am a business traveler. How can I get a Spot Club Exec card? A Does your company have a parking agreement with us? If so, please ask your travel coordinator for a Spot Club Exec card, or pick one up from our cashier after your next trip by presenting your company ID or business card. If your company does not have a parking agreement with us, please complete this form to be contacted by one of our Sales Managers. Q How do I view my point balance? A Sign in to your Spot Club, and your points will be displayed in the top right corner of your Member Homepage. If you have not registered your Spot Club card yet, you can do so here. Q Do I need to use my physical Spot Club card to get my points at checkout? A Yes, in order to receive points for your stay you must use your Spot Club card at checkout. Q Can I get a second duplicate card? A We apologize, but all of our Spot Club cards are preprinted with unique numbers on them. We can only have one active set of numbers on an account at a time. Q I forgot to use my Spot Club card at checkout. How do I receive credit? A Sign in to your Spot Club account at the top of this page and then click on Account Settings. On the left side, select Missing Credits. Enter your ticket number in the text box that appears below the ticket graphic, entering only the digits that are highlighted in the graphic. Your account will be updated immediately. Q Can I please get a copy of my receipt? A To reprint a receipt that was posted to a Spot Club card, please first login to your online account. You are then given the option to reprint your receipts on the main page after you login, under Recent Transactions.
If you do not have a Spot Club account, then we apologize, but you will have to contact a manager at the lot directly for a copy of your receipt. Our managers can pull receipts from up to 6 months back with the credit card number and expiration date a stay was put on.
Q My Spot Club card is damaged, lost, or stolen. How can I get a new card? A Sign in to your Spot Club account at the top of this page and click Account Settings. Then on the left side, select Replacement Card. A replacement card will be sent within 10 business day, and the points from the old card will be transferred automatically. Q I forgot my Username or Password? A Your username is the email address you used to register. If you cannot remember either it or your password, click here Q How can I transfer points from my Spot Club card to my new Spot Club Exec card? A Please contact us with your two Spot Club card numbers, noting which one you want to use going forward. We will complete the transfer for you. Q Why is the amount paid different on my Spot Club account summary vs. my credit card statement? A Only your parking charge is eligible for Spot Club credit. Tax, fees, and car care services are not eligible, so your credit card charge may be higher. Q How do I update my credit card information? A Login to your account and click on Account Settings. Then select Billing Information from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Update your information and submit. Your account will be updated immediately. If you do not see the Billing Information link, your linked Spot Club card was never activated. Select Activate Linked Card, which is also on the left-hand side of your screen, and follow the steps to activate your card. You will then be able to update your credit card information. Q Do my Spot Club points ever expire? A Yes, your Spot Club points will expire if your account is completely inactive for 24 consecutive months. Awards

Q How do I redeem points for free parking? A Sign in to your Spot Club account and select Redeem Points, a black button on the right hand side of your Member Homepage. Choose your location as well as your dates and times of your trip and submit. Your award certificate will be generated immediately. Please print your award certificate, and take it with you to give it to the cashier at exit. Remember, award certificates must be requested by midnight the evening prior to your stay. Q Can I redeem points for part of my stay? A Yes, you can. Please create an award certificate for as many days of your trip as you can cover with the points you have. Even though the checkout date on the certificate will be different than your actual checkout date, the cashier will still accept the certificate when you exit the lot. You will pay the balance of your stay at exit, and you do not need an additional reservation for the remaining days. Q Do I need to make a reservation after redeeming my points? A No, your award certificate will guarantee your space. Q How do I cancel or change an award certificate? A Please contact us to cancel or change your award certificate. We will cancel your certificate and add your points back to your Spot Club account. Q Can I reprint my award certificate? A To reprint your award certificate, Sign in to your Spot Club. On the first screen after you login, your Recent Transactions will load below the welcome back message. Click on View Details next to the reservation with the award. Once your reservation pops up you will have the option to print it in the right hand corner.
