The Company has the premier management team in the near-airport parking industry, with an established and successful track record of managing growth and profitability through economic cycles, as well as the clear vision and drive to grow the Company both organically and through development and acquisitions.

The core senior leadership team, led by Tim O'Malley, has an average of 20 years of experience in parking, real estate and ground-up development, with an average tenure of more than 10 years at the Company, and has built the Company into the pre-eminent near-airport parking owner-operator.

- Formerly SVP Revenue and Offer Management at Gogo Inflight Internet (2014-2018), a Managing Director in Revenue Management at United Airlines (2007-2014) and various commercial positions at US Airways (1998-2007)
- Holds BS in Finance from Tulane University
- Resides in the Chicago area with his wife and three kids
Rich Fiore

General Counsel and Chief Regulatory Officer

25 years of legal experience
- Joined TPS in 2022
- Responsible for managing all legal, regulatory, compliance and government affairs activity
- Formerly General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with ACTS Aviation Security. Previously held senior legal positions with United Airlines and was a partner at the law firm of Freeborn & Peters, LLP
- Holds B.S. and J.D. degrees from University of Illinois
Todd Johnson

Chief Operations Officer

28 years of parking and property management experience
- With TPS since 1999
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations activities of the Company, including property and asset management, field operations, shuttle fleet operations and customer experience
- Formerly VP, Operations with Turner Parking Systems, Inc.
- Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Texas A&M University
Ed Orkand

SVP of National Sales & Partnerships

20 years of sales and partnership experience
- With TPS since 2005
- Responsible for national sales efforts including corporate travel partnerships, leisure programming, affinity partner programs and distribution platforms
- Founded ParkingBrain, an urban/event parking technology startup for payment and reservation systems
- Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management from Columbus State University and a Master of Business of Administration from Columbus State University
Ron Rich

Chief Information Officer

15 years of information technology
- With TPS since 2012
- Responsible for the design, development, and operation of the Company’s proprietary products: revenue control system, websites, mobile customer applications, GPS system, and valet system
- Provides oversight for all information technology functions including software development, mobile app development, systems integration, project management, infrastructure, and end user support

Mary Ruberry

- Responsible for human resources and administration of the corporate headquarters

- Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Legal Assistant Studies from South Suburban College
Mike Wikman

Chief Financial Officer

23 years of finance, tax, and accounting experience
- With TPS since 2001
- Responsible for financial reporting for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, budgeting and forecasting processes, and companywide internal control documentation and procedures
- Has led implementation of new accounting system, implementation of AP approval system, and conversion to new payroll system
- Formerly tax associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers
- Is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science with a major in Accountancy from the University of Illinois
