Reservations

  1. Do I need a reservation?
  2. Reservations are recommended, but not required. A reservation will guarantee you a specific type of space (covered, uncovered or valet) and is highly recommended for peak travel times.

  3. How do I make a reservation?
  4. Reservations may be made up until midnight of the evening prior to your stay. Reservations may be made by clicking here or on the menu at the top of this page. You will be asked to provide a credit card number for the $4.95 reservations processing fee.

  5. Why do you charge a $4.95 reservation fee?
  6. The $4.95 reservation fee covers the cost of processing your reservation. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of making your reservation. This fee is in addition to your parking charges.

  7. How do I change or cancel a reservation?
  8. Click here or on the menu at the top of this page. Click on Change a Reservation from the drop down list, enter your email address and confirmation number or credit card and hit submit. Your reservation will be canceled or changed immediately. There is no fee to change a reservation. If you cancel before midnight on the evening prior to your stay, your $4.95 reservation fee will be credited to the credit card you used to book the reservation.

Corporate Discounts

  1. How do I receive my corporate discount?
  2. To receive your corporate discount, use your Spot Club Exec card. If you have not received a Spot Club Exec card from your authorized company, show the cashier your company ID or business card at exit.

Facility Questions

  1. Are you always open?
  2. Yes, The Parking spot is always open.

  3. How often do your shuttles run? Where will they drop me off?
  4. Parking Spot shuttles run every five to seven minutes to and from the airport terminals. You will be picked up at your vehicle and driven to the front door of your airport terminal. When you return, you will be picked up at your terminal and returned to your vehicle.

  5. When should I arrive at The Parking Spot?
  6. Please allow an additional 12 to 15 minutes versus daily parking at the airport.

Coupons

  1. How can I obtain/use a coupon?
  2. Go to the top of this page on the right and click on “Jump to Airport Location”. Select your location from the drop-down menu. Click on the Coupon graphic that is located in the Reservations and Pricing section of the location page and print it. Present the coupon to the cashier when you exit.

Spot Club

  1. How can I get a Spot Club or Spot Club Exec Card?
  2. Cards are available at all Parking Spot and Parking Spot 2 locations. Ask the cashier for a card at exit. You will receive credit for that stay, but register it here as soon as possible so you can take full advantage of the program, including protecting your account if your card is lost or stolen.

  3. When will my Spot Club points appear on my account?
  4. Please allow up to 72 hours for your points to post to your account. If your points do not post to your account within this timeframe, you can apply for missing credit by signing into your Spot club Account. See question 8 below.

  5. How do I redeem points for free parking?
  6. Sign in to your Spot Club account at the top of this page. Select Request an Award and enter the location and dates/time for your stay. Please print your award certificate immediately. Take it with you and give it to the cashier at exit. Remember, award certificates must be requested by midnight on the evening prior to your free stay.

  7. How do I view my point balance?
  8. Just sign in to your Spot Club account at the top of this page. Your balance will be displayed on the welcome screen.

  9. How can I tell if I have enough points for a free stay?
  10. Use the points calculator after logging into your Spot Club account.

  11. Can I redeem points for part of my stay?
  12. Yes, you may redeem a certificate for a portion of your stay and pay the remaining balance at exit.

  13. Do I need to make a reservation after redeeming my points?
  14. No-Your award certificate will guarantee you a space, a separate reservation is not necessary

  15. I forgot to use my Spot Club card. How do I receive credit?
  16. Sign in to your Spot Club account at the top of this page. On the left side under Actions, select Missing Credits. Have your ticket handy, which is also your receipt. Enter your ticket number in the text box that appears below the ticket graphic and your account will be updated immediately.

  17. My Spot Club card is damaged, lost or stolen. How can I get a new card?
  18. Sign in to your Spot Club account at the top of this page. On the left side, under Actions, select Replacement Card and submit the necessary information. A replacement card will be sent within three to four weeks and the points from the old card will be transferred automatically. Save your ticket(s) and use the Missing Credit tool to obtain credit for stays when you didn’t have your card.

  19. I forgot my User Name or password?
  20. Your user name is the e-mail you used to register. If you cannot remember it, contact us and we will help you figure it out. For a forgotten password, go to the Spot Club tab at the top of this page. You will be asked to enter your registered email address or your 19-digit Spot Club number. You’ll then be asked your security question. Your password will then be sent to you via e-mail. contact support.

  21. I did not use my printed award certificate. Can you credit my account?
  22. Sorry, we cannot credit your account. However, you may redeem the certificate any time before the expiration date on the certificate for the number of days indicated.

  23. How can I transfer points from my Spot Club card to my new Spot Club Exec card?
  24. Please contact us with your old and new card numbers.

  25. Why is the amount paid different on my Spot Club account summary vs. my credit card statement?
  26. Your parking charge is eligible for Spot Club credit. Tax and car care services are not eligible, so your credit card charge may be higher.

  27. How do I update my e-mail address/password?
  28. Login to your account and select Edit contact info from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Update your email address and submit. Your account will be updated immediately.

  29. How do I update my credit card information?
  30. Login to your account and select Edit contact info from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen. Update your billing information and submit. Your account will be updated immediately.
