Penny Pritzker
Chairman
Penny S. Pritzker is chairman of The Parking Spot which she co-founded with Martin Nesbitt in 1998 with financing from the Pritzker family, founders of Global Hyatt Corporation. Penny Pritzker and Nesbitt set out to bring hospitality style branding, services and customer retention to airport parking.
Martin H. Nesbitt
President & CEO
Mr. Nesbitt serves as President and CEO of PRG Parking Management (Dba, the Parking Spot), an owner and operator of off-airport parking facilities. Mr. Nesbitt founded and conceptualized the Parking Spot and is responsible for running all strategic and operating aspects of the Company.
Kevin J. Shrier
Senior Vice President – Acquisitions & Operations
Kevin J. Shrier is Senior Vice President of acquisitions and operations for The Parking Spot. Mr. Shrier is primarily responsible for acquiring and financing new sites and overseeing the day-to-day operations of all facilities nationwide.
Tim Holic
Vice President – Controller
Tim Holic is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organization’s financial reporting, risk management, treasury and budgeting systems. His responsibilities include company financing, coordinating the tax and financial reporting for all entities within the Parking Spot as well as the design and implementation of the company’s internal controls.
Todd Johnson
Vice President – Operations
Todd Johnson is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of The Parking Spot. His responsibilities include staffing efficiency, fleet management, revenue control, property management, and operational adherence to The Parking Spot model.
Mary Ruberry
Vice President – Human Resources
Mary Ruberry is responsible for human resources and administration of the corporate headquarters at The Parking Spot in Chicago. Her responsibilities include providing overall strategic HR leadership to the company and she is responsible for the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs and services.
Mark Wildman
Vice President – Marketing
Mark Wildman led the creation of the Parking Spot brand, including its trademarked spotted shuttles. He launched the company’s website and Spot Club frequent parker program. He leads the Parking Spot’s advertising, sponsorship, public relations, product placement, interactive, loyalty and new business development efforts.
Thom Zak
Vice President – Sales
As The Parking Spot’s Vice President of Sales, Thom is responsible for building the company’s revenues through the development of national and local sales strategies and execution at the regional and market level.
